DMCA Policy

SellerPic and its subdomain app.sellerpic.ai("we," "our," or "the platform") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following policy to address claims of copyright infringement. This policy applies to all content available on our platform.

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied or used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information in writing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to allow us to locate the material (e.g., URLs or specific descriptions of the content).
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., the jurisdiction where the platform is located) and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notice.

SellerPic and its subdomain app.sellerpic.ai will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user accounts of those who are repeat infringers of copyrights. We also reserve the right to terminate user accounts even on a single instance of infringement.
